What edits do you offer on your photos?
Before delivery of final files, we ensure that images undergo basic colour correction and level adjustments. If you require further more complex edits such as digital enhancements, this will be quoted upon enquiry.
What rights do we have for the images?
We ensure that you have a licence to fit your need. While we retain full rights to anything captured by default, we will provide you with a custom licence to meet your requirements which is generally within the total fee of the job. The only instances where this could become an additional cost is when you wish to renew an expired licence or if you wish to purchase the full exclusive rights to the images. Our wedding clients are generally granted a complimentary print licence that allows them to reproduce the images for their personal use, however, certain clients may wish to discuss specific licencing terms that better fit their requirements.
What is the rough turnaround time for events?
This depends greatly on the type of event and any additional requirements of the client. On average we suggest that most events will receive their final files 48hrs after the completion of the job – for an additional charge, we offer fast edits on-site for clients social media usage – if no more than basic edits are required. Weddings will normally be 1 week – depending again on whether requirements are beyond that of usual expectation.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
At this specific time, we do not use traditional gift cards, however, if you email us we will be happy to take the name and details of the person you wish to gift and apply a credit attached to their contact details when they use our services – great for weddings!
We hold events globally but want to hire your team, do you travel?
Most certainly! We love to travel and used to it. We go wherever the project takes us. Where the client doesn’t arrange logistics, flights, accommodation and daily essential expenses will be included within our quote.
My images don't look quite right, the colours look a bit odd. What's going on?
All our work is colour corrected on professional equipment which is maintained by industry-leading Datacolour’s ‘SpyderX Elite’. Most computers, tablets and smartphones will have colour shifts over time resulting in some images to have a slight green tint or other colours. Fear not as your images does not look this way!
How much notice do you need for a big event?
In an ideal world, we would appreciate at least 4 weeks notice. In reality, we understand that sometimes this cannot happen. As long as we have enough time to prepare adequately for your event, there isn’t any specific limit. Please remember to allow for any flight booking, travelling and hiring of the specific equipment you may require us to do before leaving it too late.
What is your delivery method for the final product?
Unless you have requested a printed physical product, you will receive your files via a private WeTransfer link direct to your inbox.
Can we build a custom package?
We encourage all our clients to discuss their needs with us. On the whole, we can accommodate most requests and fit most budgets. Please let us know if you do require anything specific to you.
